What comes in an MTF subscription?

We deliver food, as well as fitness once a week to your doorstep. Every subscription renews each week unless you skip that week or cancel :)

. 6, 12, or 18 meals, chosen by you.
. Weekly motivation and tips.
. Time, convenience, and great nutrition.

How do I start my subscription?

Our ordering is quick and simple! Begin by clicking on the Find Your Plan tab on the homepage. From there choose between 6, 12, or 18 meals weekly. Next you'll pick your meals, create an account, and pay.

Can I skip a week?

Of course. Be sure to skip before the cut-off date for that order.

Do I have to be home for deliver?

No. FedEx will leave the package at your doorstep. Don't worry about spoilage. Our packages are designed to keep your food cool and safe. Refrigerate once home.

When and where do you deliver?

We deliver to the Midwest every Saturday, in time to for the full week! All other regions can expect delivery on Monday. Unfortunately at this time we do not deliver to Hawaii or Alaska.

Are these frozen meals?

No! All fresh here. To extend the life of your meals, you may freeze them till a later date. We don't recommend freezing eggs or salads however.

Are there any contracts?

Nope. Cancel or skip your subscription at anytime.

Where are the pick up locations?

We currently offer free pick ups from:
Fitness Premier Bourbonnais
Fitness Premier Crete
Riverside Health & Fitness Center

What kind of results should I see?

Our products help most clients lose between 1-3 pounds per week. Weight loss will vary for each client based on their individual weight, age, activity level, metabolism, and execution of the plan. Remember to seek professional medical advise before beginning any diet or exercise program.

Not looking to lose weight? No worries. Our products are great for staying active and maintaining a healthy weight.
Results may vary.

What if I forgot to pick my meals?

If you missed the cut-off date for choosing your meals, do not fret. Our system recognizes what you like from past orders. Not feeling what the robot chose? Give us a call before Wednesday and us humans will hook you up.

Which meals do I eat first?

Whatever looks best! All meals should be consumed within the week. Below is how we prefer to eat ours for maximum taste. Oh and for some reason all things taste better on a real plate.
Sooner - any seafood.
Later - baked items.
